**WANTED** Recruitment Consultant

Based in Chelmsford

£17-22K basic plus uncapped commission

We are a vibrant and established IT & HR Recruitment consultancy based in Chelmsford with a UK wide client base.

We need ambitious, financially motivated, intelligent 360 Recruitment Consultant who believe in themselves and want to be part of our success.

Purpose

To deliver an integral recruitment service in the industry. To play a key role helping change the reputation of the Recruitment Industry.

Key Accountabilities for Sofcomit’s 360 Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
 

• The complete recruitment lifecycle
•  Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role
•  To achieve and exceed KPI targets set
•  To generate new business, by identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs and building relationships (cold calling)
•  To advertise posts appropriately - drafting and placing advertisements using a wide range of media reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists
•  To have the capability to sell candidates and send CV’s without supervision
•  To clarify and negotiate salary and benefits relating to the role without supervision
•  To manage both client and candidate expectations

The Ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

• Some previous experience within recruitment is ESSENTIAL
• Good Negotiating skills
• Personable
• Excellent communicator
• Degree educated
• Previous experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant
• Previous experience as a HR Recruitment Consultant
