Our client is a rapidly growing private healthcare insurance organisation with regional offices around the country.

Having won many industry awards they have developed a reputation for providing an excellent service to their clients as well as offering career progression and leading training for their staff.

Due to their continued success they currently have nationwide vacancies for Field Sales Executives – both full time and part time hours.

Reporting in to the regional Sales Team Leader the role is a 100% field based where you will be working on a direct face to face sales basis in a variety of environments where you will be responsible for selling Cash Plan products to employees of corporate customers.

You will be predominantly based within canteens of large corporate clients but could also be through floor walks, group or 1-1 type presentations within a wide range of industry sectors and will be expected to self-generate employee interest in the Cash Plan products.

You will have support from a dedicated appointment making team, however you will also be expected to proactively generate your own appointments through service calls and rebooking appointments on site.

This is a highly sales focused and challenging role which requires a high level of face-to-face communication skills and the ability to work independently using your own initiative whilst ensuring you meet required sales targets.

Previous Sales experience is essential, preferably from a field based or targeted face-to-face environment.

All candidates MUST have full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 points

Package:

Salary:

£18,500pa + uncapped commission (OTE 37Kpa) + annual bonus + annual salary reviews + Hybrid company car (or allowance) + Blackberry

Hours:

• Full Time Mon-Fri 35 hour week flexitime
• Part Time hours also available

Some overnight stay and additional meetings will be required
